Ladies and gentlemen,

In today's world of growing and changing security challenges, international projects such as the Future Forces Forum are particularly important. No one doubts anymore that cooperation in the areas of military and civil security needs to be strengthened. At the same time, it is essential to connect all sectors and resources around security as much as possible.

Connecting people, ideas and technologies from all over the world through a mix of networking, exhibitions and expert panels is exactly the benefit that makes the Future Forces Forum a completely essential event of its kind.

Challenges such as the Russian war in Ukraine, cyber-terrorism and others deserve to be tackled in a completely serious manner at a professionally organised level. For this reason, I support this project to the utmost and I consider it great that the venue for dozens of professional events, the meeting of several hundred exhibitors and thousands of experts from dozens of countries, is Prague and the Czech Republic.

Bringing together experts from NATO, representatives of states, ministries, security forces, scientists and manufacturers of important security technologies is exactly what we need today. Therefore, the Future Force Forum project is a great opportunity not only for discussion but also for connecting as many people as possible from different security fields, which we need to take full advantage of.

I wish you every success in your deliberations!
