Conference Building up the State: Innovation or Stagnation?

CEVRO University in cooperation with partners from the Future Forces Forum, the Defence and Security Industry Association of the Czech Republic, and the Centre for Transatlantic Relations invite you to a conference Building up the State: Innovation or Stagnation?

Innovations and development of new capabilities are key aspects of the modern world. The innovation ecosystem that supports the creation of these capabilities is becoming an increasingly important prerequisite for ensuring the competitiveness of states in both national and international dimensions.

The Czech Republic must not fall behind. Therefore, in cooperation with partners, we are coming up with an event aimed at emphasizing the key role of innovations in the economy. We want to connect experts, entrepreneurs and state representatives to discuss the latest trends and developments in the fields of technology, science, and business. The programme includes 3 panel discussions and an innovation workshop.
The goal is to encourage the exchange of ideas and cooperation between different sectors in order to promote innovative thinking and its application in practice. The conference will also offer networking opportunities where participants can make new contacts and expand their professional networks.

At the conference, CEVRO University will also present their new postgraduate study program MPA in Innovation Management.

The conference will take place on Thursday, January 18, 2024 from 1:30 p.m. at the premises of CEVRO University (Jungmannova 17, Prague 1).
